It is recommended that the partner familiarize themselves with the end-user flows to offer customization services to their clients (the end users).

What is the Role of the Partner?
Partners act as agents who provide creation and customization services for a CRM to their clients. At the first level, they are the point of contact for questions, customization requests, and support for the client.
In the sections below, we will briefly explain how Bolten partners can use the platform to perform customizations and generate value for their clients.
CRM with the Client's Branding
Bolten offers customization of colors and logo per client. Thus, when the client accesses the system, they will feel like they are in an environment specially created for them.
Provide the tools your customer needs
We offer various tools to help your client move their business to the next level. Contact list, sales funnel, products, and lead registration through Whatsapp are some examples of tools that can be configured and added for each client.
You only add what you need and charge for what your client actually uses.

Custom Domain
If the partner wants to use a URL different from https://www.bolten.io
to promote their CRM, they can use a custom domain, previously acquired from a hosting service like Hostinger or GoDaddy.
To do so, it is necessary to contact Bolten's technical support
In these cases, Bolten's visual identity is minimized, offering a different experience compared to the self-service provided directly to the end user by Bolten.
Fine Customization
Some components, such as contact list and sales funnel, offer advanced code customizations to allow fine adjustments to your CRM.
Examples of customizations that can be made:
- Addition of a unique key to avoid duplicate entries
- Addition of a mask
- Presence validation

The partner sets how much he will charge for its CRM
The Bolten partner has the freedom to choose the price they want to charge for the service.
This value is limited to a minimum amount, which varies with the number of components. Each component has a minimum value, and the minimum amount that can be charged per project is the sum of the minimum values of the added components.

The charge is based on the number of active users within the same client. A client with 3 users will be charged for 3 usage licenses, with the license price previously defined by the Bolten partner.
From the amount charged by the partner, Bolten's usage fee of 30% of the total amount is deducted.

Creating Templates
The Bolten partner can create multiple projects from a pre-defined "template" by them.
For example, a template for law firms can have a list of individuals, a list of legal entities, and a catalog of plans with specific columns.
Once the template is created, the partner has the option to provide an access link for the creation of projects with the same format.
