Component Overview

Components are the foundation of Bolten and are responsible for providing the necessary functionalities for your client. This section briefly describes the components and their functionalities.

What are components?

Components are functionalities that can be added to your CRM.

These tools are added individually and configured to ensure that you have a CRM specially tailored to your use case. All this without complicating or cluttering your environment.

Contact Management

A simple list for you to organize your records. Suitable for contact lists, client lists, services, among others.

Integrates with Funnel and Business and supports CSV import.

Business Management

A list focused on businesses/companies. Register partners, suppliers, clients, and have contacts within them.

Integrates with Funnel and Contacts and supports CSV import.

Opportunity Management

Customize a funnel of sequential statuses to organize your processes.

It is suitable for prospecting and sales funnels, deliveries, orders, and supports CSV import.

CSV Import

The contact management, business management, and opportunity management components support bulk import via CSV file. Watch the video below to see how it works (captions in English):

Product Management

A simple list for registering Products and Services. Suitable for registering your products and using them later within Kanban cards. Integrates with Funnel.

Task Management

Create and visualize tasks needed in your project, assigning responsible parties. Suitable for your team to organize activities such as scheduling meetings, follow-ups, reminders. Integrates with Funnel.

Automation

Automation tool to leverage the overall use of the platform. Currently, it is possible to create cards automatically when other cards move in the funnels. (e.g., when a Lead reaches "Closed Won", create a card in "Pending Delivery" in another funnel).

WhatsApp

Facilitate the interaction of Bolten with your WhatsApp Web by connecting our extension. You can create contacts and leads in Bolten directly from WhatsApp Web, and then chat directly with people within Bolten. Suitable for interaction with leads and clients. Integrates with Contacts and Funnel.

Notifications

Visualize the tasks assigned to you and the status changes in your workflows. Integrates with Funnel and Task module.

Cadence

A tool designed to alert you and your team when a funnel card needs attention. Currently, it is possible to configure a listing for "Cards without interaction for X time". Suitable for performing follow-ups.
